If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your SratStar product or need to return your cooler, just reach out to us and we will provide a return label that you can use to ship your cooler back! We can only accept returns for coolers that are unpainted and are in the original condition. Once we receive your returned cooler in it's original form, we will process your return and your money will be returned in 3-5 days.
